What do you need?

If you are not sure what metals the items you want to scrap are, you will need a magnet. Any magnet will do, such as fridge magnets.

Other than that, just a box or bag to package up your metals and old cables and scales. Potentially an old nail file or metal file if you are not sure something is metal or plastic.
Please note we are Metal recycling specialists and do not recycle Plastics, this is a specialty in itself and we are not equipped for it.

Please do not send us whole appliances such as kettles, toasters, microwaves etc., however if you wish to do so you are free to break down any appliance and just send us the metals and cables out of them.

Please note that any non metal or ferrous (steel and iron) attachments to your metals will be deducted from the overall weight and valued zero. – This excludes cables, as the cable prices quoted are already based on the combination of the metals and the plastic covering them.
